Unable to Update Sales Journal – Not on File Customer

Have you received an error message reading “Unable to Update a Not on File Customer Has Been Encountered” when printing the Sales Order invoice register on version 3.71?  There is a problem with version 3.71 of Sales Order which allows a deleted invoice with no customer to be saved to the invoice data entry file.  These records should not be able to write to invoice data entry without a customer.  When the register is run, the user will receive an error message and cannot update.  Fortunately, Best Software has released a patch for this problem (SO3108-T).  Please note this patch is only for version 3.71 of MAS90/200.  You can call our technical support department to receive this patch.  If you have an online user account with Best Software, you can download the same patch from the from Best Software at http://support.bestsoftwareinc.com.
