Here are
instructions on how to print your Product Registration Report.
Go to
Library Master.
Under
Library Master, click on Security.
Click
Product Registration.
Click on
the third Tab, which is Registration.
Click
on the printer icon on the bottom of the screen.
If you
are having problems printing this report, you can call Mike Rico, your Account
Manager, and he will walk you through the process. You will not be charged for a
support call, but be sure to ask for Mike instead of a technician.
Once you
have printed this report, you can fax it back to our office at 831-786-1469,
with attention to Mike. He will check this report against the serial numbers and
unlock keys in Best Software’s database. If there are any problems, we will
follow up and get it resolved.
