| Tech Files: FRx 6.5 Performance Update |

Best Software has announced the availability of service
pack 8 for Microsoft® FRx version 6.5. Service Pack 8
addresses critical FRx performance issues that were
introduced as part of the MAS 90® 4.0 and FRx 6.5
release. To ensure that all FRx performance issues have
been solved, the service pack was distributed to a set
of MAS 90 4.0 customers for validation. Each of these
customers has verified with Best Software® that they
are no longer are experiencing these performance
issues. It is recommended that all MAS 90 4.0
customers using FRx set aside time to download service
pack 8 from BOSS. A similar update for MAS 90 4.05
and FRx 6.7 customers is in the final stages of testing
and will be made available shortly. Call our Tech
