This Extended Solution allows the user to assign employees to a Job Number then maintain which Cost Codes are valid for that Employee Number/Job Number combination for TimeCard Entry. Only job numbers and cost codes that are assigned to the employee will be accepted in Time Card Entry and Edit. The job number lookup will display only valid entries for the employee. The cost code lookup will display only valid entries for the employee and job. Tech Files: Vendor 'Remit To' Address

We'd like to point out one of the new features in v4.05 for MAS 90/200- (it's also in MAS 200 for SQL's v3.72) that clients have picked up on. Some vendors require that payments are sent to another address than their mailing address. This is frequently the case when a mailing house is used to process payments. This enhancement allows the ability to optionally maintain a 'Remit to Address' within A/P Vendor Masterfile Maintenance. The Remit to Address may be viewed during Vendor Inquiry. Form fields have been added to Standard Check Printing and Manual Check Printing that allow you to print the Remit to Address on A/P Checks.

Super Bowl Footnotes

That uniquely American holiday, The Super Bowl, is this Sunday- here are some interesting tidbits about football's biggest showcase: -The first Super Bowl was not called the Super Bowl at all, but the AFC-NFC World Championship Game. -The trophy awarded to the winning team of each Super Bowl was originally called the World Championship Trophy. It was later called the Lombardi Trophy, named after Vince Lombardi, the legendary NFL coach. -There are actually two Lombardi Trophys at each Super Bowl game. One is a back up in case the one presented to the team is destroyed during the celebration. -New Orleans has hosted the Super Bowl the most at 9 times. Miami has hosted 8 times. -Dallas and San Francisco have won the most Super Bowls at 5 times. Pittsburgh has won 4 times. -Mike Ditka and Tom Flores are the only two men to win a Super Bowl both as a player and a coach.
