For companies who may have employee turnover or
would like an available resource for their employees on
hand, Best Software's Computer-Based Training (CBT)
CDs and their Self-Study guides offer two different
options in training. Both tools include self-quizzes at
the end of each lesson and give employees the
flexibility of self-paced learning. While you won't get
the comprehensive one-on-one instruction of working
with a trainer or consultant, these two training
methods do offer considerable value as an in-house
resource. The CBT CD's start at $150 and the Self-

For those clients who need access to current sales tax
information, Best Software has announced the
availability of Vertex's Sales Tax RateLocator service
for MAS 90/200 customers. The RateLocator service is
a desktop utility that allows customers to simply look
up sales tax rates for a given state or local jurisdiction,
including Canada. You can look up rates by city, state
or zip among many other options. Once the rate is
located, you simply enter the value into the appropriate
sales transaction screen within MAS 90/200. Check our
