- Server/Workstation network troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Server/Workstation Microsoft windows updates and patches
- Firmware updates
- Application updates/patches
- On-going scheduled service (updates and cleaning) for servers and workstation. We schedule the regular service updates and send you an e-mail or telephone call as a reminder.
- Provide technical and “Break/Fix” support. Includes on-site and remote assistance (we connect directly to your computer while you watch us repair your computer) or if you wish, we can simply advise you on our recommended solution for you to fix the problem yourself.
